Callie Moore

Bio

     I am a Denton-based artist who recently graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting. I have been oil painting for 4 years and it has become my passion, and I am always learning and evolving my craft to create unique and meaningful pieces. In my paintings, I aim to convey emotion and tell a story through color and brushstroke.

Artist Statement 

     My recent focus in art has been on animal portraiture and nature. These subjects allow me to explore the vibrant colors found in nature, as well as capture the expressions and emotions of animals through portraiture. Through my work, I hope to create pieces that not only capture the beauty of the natural world but also evoke emotions and connections in the viewer.
